Teamwork
Team leader Geoff Mackay leads his team through
the obstical course claiming 1st prize in the team competition.
A member of the team tackles him from behind in celebration. After
all the reason they work so well together is because of Mackay's
decisions and demonstrated teamwork.
Joe Sullivan comments, "It's not even like we are a team of
5, we are one entity, and Geoff is the brain!" After interviews
with the rest of the team we conclude what Joe has stated, Geoff
Mackay puts the team in teamwork.
After an interview with the man his modesty is incredible. We weren't
given permission to quote him, however he seems to be very selfless,
giving us the impression that he feels responsible for loss and
shortcomings. In any case he defines, "lead by example."
